I’ve been practicing getting under the weight on cleans so I decided to try for 225 today.
I had to hurry to practice because I had to go to a party that I didn’t want to.
Here lately I’ve been trying to do what I’ve been doing-practicing the Olympic Lifts.
I had been too worried about incorrect technique. I’ve just decided to practice technique until I start training in January.
I have been trying to put in work on double unders as well. They are harder than they look though.
It took me 4 tries to get it. The weight moved easy enough, but I just had to get low enough.
Before that I did 3x5 front squats @185.
